LOCUM SPEECH PATHOLOGIST 

ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a locum Speech Pathologist to join a rural Aboriginal Medical Service on a short term basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. 

From Monday to Friday you will be working alongside a small multi-disciplinary team servicing within the community clinic as well as visiting surrounding outreach communities as well as schools and health hub clinics. Your day will consist of but not be limited to:

  • Predominately Paediatric caseload of Children under 8yrs old 
  • 50% In Clinic 50% Outreach/ Community 
  • Early intervention
  • Speech and language
  • Developmental delays
  • Autism Disorder
  • Rang of alcohol syndrome
  • No NDIS

TEAM
You will frequently work alongside a small multi-disciplinary team consisting of:
1 x OT
2 X Allied Health Assistants 
GPs and Paediatricians (for referrals)
