Salary: Up to $100,000 p.a. + Super + KM reimbursement + Bonuses

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Clinician who is already an NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team.

This is a community-based position where You will play a key role in improving participants’ quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring all supports align with Positive Behaviour Support principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments and develop, implement, and review behaviour support plans.
• Apply a strong understanding of the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework and restrictive practice guidelines.
• Support families and carers in understanding and managing the impacts of disability.
• Deliver strengths-based, trauma-informed, and least-restrictive behavioural interventions.
• Implement strategies to support daily living, social inclusion, sensory regulation, and mental health management.

About You

• NDIS-approved Behaviour Support Practitioner (essential).
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Sciences, or a related health/disability field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioural interventions and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission framework.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle for community travel.
