Senior Speech Pathologist – Clinic-Based

Full Time | Parramatta, Sydney NSW
$90,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist (2+ years) to join their growing clinical team in vibrant Parramatta – one of Sydney’s fastest-growing health, culture, and lifestyle hubs. This full-time, permanent role is primarily clinic-based with occasional community visits.

About the Role

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality assessment and therapy in the clinic and via telehealth

  • Manage client onboarding and support smooth clinical operations

  • Participate in weekly team meetings, case discussions, and professional development

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and external health professionals

  • Complete timely clinical documentation, including reports and progress notes

  • Occasionally visit clients in the community as required

You’ll join a small, supportive, and collaborative team backed by strong admin and digital systems.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist

  • SPA membership

  • Current Working With Children Check

  • National Police Check

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Eligibility for Medicare Provider Number

  • Professional indemnity & public liability insurance

  • Strong communication, organisation, and evidence-based practice skills


Desired Criteria

  • Experience with the NDIS

  • Interest in multidisciplinary teamwork

  • Current Driver’s Licence
