About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and governance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support nursing and care teams

• Oversee clinical compliance, care planning, and medication management

• Support accreditation, audits, and continuous improvement

• Manage clinical risk and contribute to service development

About You

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an RN/Clinical Nurse in aged care

• Ready to step into a Clinical Manager role (leadership experience supported)

• Strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance

• Willingness to relocate to regional Queensland
