The Role:

As a Clinical Nurse in this coastal Queensland community health centre, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges by developing care plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing ongoing case management to help them navigate their recovery.

In this role, you’ll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday roster, giving you a balanced work-life and time to explore this beautiful region! You’ll be part of a close-knit community health team, working collaboratively with mental health professionals, families, and community resources to support clients on their journey to wellness.

This is a picturesque town on the stunning coast of North Queensland. This trip promises natural encounters that make you feel like you’re chartering your own adventure – whether it be exploring secluded beaches, casting a line, discovering tropical islands just offshore or hiking famous hinterland.

The Criteria:

• A nursing degree or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions or the ability to obtain this
• Experience working at Clinical Nurse level or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mental Health Nursing post graduation
• Working rights in Australia
