Job Title: Permanent Clinical Care Manager

Sponsorship: 482 & 186 visa available

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 salary + super + penalties + salary packaging (DOE)

Relocation Package: Up to $8000 relocation assistance

About the Opportunity: Join our team as the Clinical Care Manager of our 94-bed aged care home in Kingaroy, QLD. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing healthcare services, coordinating care plans, managing medication, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our residents while supporting and promoting the well-being of our staff.


  • Oversee healthcare services and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Coordinate individualized care plans and monitor their implementation.
  • Manage medication administration and ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing professional development.

  • Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration.
  • Previous experience in a clinical management or leadership role within aged care.
  • Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care regulations and standards.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting resident well-being.
  • Eligibility for sponsorship under the 482 or 186 visa program (if applicable).
