Exciting opportunities are available for VR and GR GPs to join well-supported clinics across regional NSW. These roles offer exposure to rural and remote medicine, strong community connections, and excellent lifestyle benefits.

The Opportunity:

• Permanent appointments only – long-term retention focus
• Standard hours: 9am-5pm
• Approx. 3 patients per hour, with flexibility for longer consults
• Mix of clinic-based care and outreach services
• Opportunities for VMO work, aged care, and special interest clinics
• Full nursing support and access to allied health, dental, mental health, and AOD teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Rural Generalists strongly preferred
• Open to GPs on training pathways with Level 3 supervision or higher
• Supports ACRRM IP, RVTS, and RACGP FSP pathways

Accommodation & Benefits:

• Fully furnished accommodation provided
• Option for vehicle or travel allowance
• Rural lifestyle with strong community engagement

Remuneration:

• First 3 months: daily rate
• After 3 months:
  • VR GPs: 70% of billings
  • GR GPs: 60-65% of billings
