Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and manage medications using iPharmacy software
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care within the hospital
• Provide essential medication advice and support in both hospital and community rehab settings
• Play a key role in outreach programs, extending your impact to surrounding regional areas
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies

About You:

• AHPRA-registered pharmacist
• Proficient in using iPharmacy or eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rural hospital setting
• Previous hospital experience or a willingness to gain experience is highly desirable
• Ready to relocate or travel to rural Queensland
