Urgent Care Locum GP – 2026 Rosters | Up to $275 p/h | Multiple Locations
We are currently recruiting Specialist General Practitioners for 2026 locum rosters across a network of privately owned urgent care clinics. These are well-run, established locations with a strong track record of returning doctors and excellent clinical support.
The Opportunity:
- Solo GP role supported by two dedicated urgent care nurses
- On-site practice manager and strong operational support
- Clinics operate 7 days a week, 8:00am-10:00pm
- See Category 4 & 5 presentations only
- Anything below this is immediately referred to the local hospital
- Flexible locum blocks with a variety of roster options
Remuneration & Benefits:
- $250 per hour during Monday-Friday, $275 per hour for after-hours and weekend shifts
- Flights, accommodation and car provided for blocks longer than 3 days
- High-quality urgent care environments with streamlined workflows
Available Locations:
- Mackay, QLD
- Carlton, NSW
- Townsville, QLD
Requirements:
- Specialist GP registration
- Urgent care or ED experience highly regarded
