Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking a Practice Manager to join a Dental practice located in the beautiful coastal town of Bowen. Having the opportunity to join this practice, you will receive onsite training with an extensive leadership development program and a supportive team who have been working in the industry for many years. 
  
THE ROLE:

• Working as the leader of a team of 3 dentists and 5 dental assistance/receptionist
• Managing the day to day operations of the practice 
• Managing bookkeeping, stock ordering, rosters and payroll processes with the assistance of the operating manager 
• Dental assisting and reception when required

REQUIRMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Practice Manager, dental preferred but not essential
• Have strong people management experience 
• Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to priorities and multitask while leading a team
