We are seeking a passionate individual who loves working with people and is passionate about Community Services and the amazing supports the front line team offer people within the community. Our client who is a large reputable Not for Profit with programs and offices across the Northern Territory is excited to bring a new member into the Head Office in Darwin for a fulltime permanent position. You do not need to have HR or Recruitment experience, as long as you bring a willingness to learn and strong administration skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive personnel records
  • All administration tasks in relation to compliance checks for employees within the organisation.
  • Performing file audits, to ensure that all required employee documentation maintained.
  • Data management (entry, compile and report metrics, statistics, analysis)
  • On board new employees in accordance with HR procedures
  • Support the broader HR team as required, including coverage for leave and workload support
  • Work in conjunction with the wider Human Resources team
  • Plan and schedule all new employees Corporate Induction schedule.

About You 

  • Demonstrated Previous Administration Experience
  • Experience with databases and extrapolating data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including customer care
  • Strong/ efficient administrative competency with MS Office.
  • Previous demonstrated experience & ability to handle high volumes of work
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet agreed timeframes.
  • Qualification in Human Resources or Business Admin highly regarded but not essential.
  • If successful for the role you will be required to obtain a Working with Children’s Check & NPC

Remuneration Package
Salary Package $63K – $65K + Super + Salary Sacrifice (more take home pay) P.A
