Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking a Medical Secretary to join an organization based in Wavell heights. Ideally this client would need someone to start this week on a permanent full time basis.  We are looking for a well presented Medical Receptionist who thrives in a  fast paced environment. 

THE ROLE:

  • General Administrative and receptionist duties such as taking all incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries and responding to patients and other medical professionals
  • Processing billings in a timely manor 
  • Taking payments via EFTPOS
  • Dat entry of patient bookings 
  • Triaging professionals with the specialist 
  • Liaising professionally with patients and third-party providers
  • General administrative and secretarial support as required

  • Paying between $31-$35 per hour + 10% Super

  • Monday – Friday role, 9AM-5PM

REQUIRMENTS:

  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Medical Secretary (ideally within a specialist setting)
  • Experience using the Practice Management Software Shexie would be highly desirable
  • Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to self-manage, priorities and multitask.
  • Must have excellent multitasking skills and superb customer service
