Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking a Medical Secretary to join an organization based in Wavell heights. Ideally this client would need someone to start this week on a permanent full time basis. We are looking for a well presented Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast paced environment.
- General Administrative and receptionist duties such as taking all incoming calls, emails and general patient enquiries and responding to patients and other medical professionals
- Processing billings in a timely manor
- Taking payments via EFTPOS
- Dat entry of patient bookings
- Triaging professionals with the specialist
- Liaising professionally with patients and third-party providers
- General administrative and secretarial support as required
- Paying between $31-$35 per hour + 10% Super
- Great work life balance, Weekends to yourself!!
- Monday – Friday role, 9AM-5PM
- Free Parking onsite
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Medical Secretary (ideally within a specialist setting)
- Experience using the Practice Management Software Shexie would be highly desirable
- Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to self-manage, priorities and multitask.
- Must have excellent multitasking skills and superb customer service
