Cornerstone Medical Recruitment are seeking a Practice Manager to join a General Practice located in the beautiful Miami! Have the opportunity to put your previous management experiences into a family-based practice all while working close to the beach.

THE ROLE:

• Work with a team consisting of 3 GPs, 2 receptionist and 3 nurses
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice
• Main duties will consist of assisting on reception when necessary, recruitment, rosters and managing of staff leave
• Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and health providers

REQUIRMENTS:

• Must have experience as a Practice Manager in a General Practice
• Must have strong leadership skills to manage the clinical and non-clinical members of the team
• Must have excellent multitasking skills and superb customer service
