About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to provide recovery-focused mental health support to children and young people across Roma and surrounding communities. You’ll deliver outreach care across South West QLD, lead service innovation, and contribute to improving First Nations health outcomes. Join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering culturally safe, community-based care.

• Deliver child and youth mental health services across rural communities
• Build culturally responsive care pathways for First Nations families
• Collaborate with NGOs, schools and health providers to improve access

Requirements

• Mental Health Clinician (Psychologists or Social Workers)
• Fully registered with AHPRA for Psychologists or AASW registration for Social Workers
• Experience in youth mental health
