Overview:
Join this aged care client as the Permanent Residential Service Manager overseeing 2 vibrant facilities – Haddington (28 beds) and Millrace (28 beds). This role reports directly to CEO, with responsibilities spanning care governance, consumer experience, financial management, HR, quality, sales, marketing, safety, hospitality, and administration.
A mandatory requirement is a Registered Nurse AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years as an aged care facility manager.
