The Role 
You will be working in the community health team, which consists of the Aboriginal Mental Health team, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Community Mental Health team Leader, Triage Nurse and the allied health team. You will be working from the clinic conducting home visits with the occasional opportunity to outreach. It is essential that you have knowledge of managing a caseload of adult patients aged 18 – 65 as well has previous experience in an autonomous role.

On appointment to this position, you will be offered: 
Salary up to SRN 3 $115kpa or CN2 $92kpa depending on level 
9.5% Super 
Highly subsidised accommodation 
District (Rural allowance)
$600 travel reimbursement

The Criteria
In order to be considered for a position you must hold the following: 
Current AHPRA Registration 
Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent 
2 years’ experience in a Community Mental Health Position 
Working rights in Australia
