The  Role
We are currently searching for an experience diabetes educator for a contract position based in the Kimberley region on WA. You will work as part of the Community Health team in this Monday-Friday position. Your main role will be providing service to clients in surrounding Aboriginal communities with type 1 & 2 diabetes. Services offered at this health service; child health, community health, sexual health, chronic disease management and health education. You will be working with a small team of registered nurses managed by the clinic manager. This is a fantastic role for someone seeking an exciting new role, while exploring remote Kimberley. 

The Location
Located in the beautiful Kimberley Region of WA, you will have access to some of Australia’s most beautiful National Parks. The community health centre is co located with the hospital and you will have access to the swimming pool and gym. Its a social town and there are a lot of contract workers who get to know one another quite well making it easy to meet new people.

The Criteria
In order to be successful in this position, the following criteria is essential: 
Division 1 AHPRA registration 
Credentialed Diabetes Educator 
National Police Clearance 
Experience working with Indigenous Clients

Package: 
Salary up to $95,742
9.5% Super 
Travel included from Perth 
Remote Allowances 
Accommodation included
