We are seeking experienced primary health and chronic disease nurses who are looking for locum opportunities and work/travel opportunities across the most beautiful locations in QLD. 

Roles: 

• A range of opportunities across primary health care and aboriginal medical centers in QLD
• Working within the clinics as part of a primary health team to provide ongoing care to patients 
• Improve health outcomes and wellbeing on the indigenous population
• Assessments, screening, interventions, follow up and evaluation
• Liaising with relevant clinical staff to provide best level of care

About you: 

• AHPRA registered looking to take on short term contracts across Australia 
• Experience within general practice/primary health 
• Experience within aboriginal medical centers advantageous

Package: 

• Agency rates – up to $72 per hour (based on experience)  
• Accommodation packages provided 
• Return travel allowances
• Flexible contracts
