The Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who has experience within general practice, primary health & chronic disease. You will be based in a remote clinic in the Kimberley, where you will also be required to do outreach to the surrounding areas. You will go out with the Dr 1 day per week then the remaining of the week with another Nurse. Duties include; arranging follow-ups, care plans, monitoring immunisation and medication scripts, health promotion & general primary health care.
Need to have:
- Previous experience within general practice OR Aboriginal Health Serve
- Have immunisation certificate
- Strong clinical skills around chronic disease management
- Previous remote experience – desirable
- Be able to drive WHD

- $76ph + super
