About the Role
As the sole Occupational Therapist, you’ll take ownership of planning, delivering, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services for a diverse caseload of aged care clients and NDIS participants across the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive in-home OT assessments and home safety evaluations
• Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment and environmental modifications
• Provide and deliver manual handling training for staff
• Implement and support customer-specific manual handling strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive service experience

About You

• 2-5 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in aged care and/or NDIS
• Self-directed, motivated, and open to ongoing professional development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being supported by a friendly team
