We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to clients with disabilities in home, school, and community settings, providing assessments and interventions. The role involves working with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client-centred care.

This opportunity is open to Occupational Therapists of all experience levels – new grads and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, which may include home visits and therapy sessions in school environments.
  • Provide services such as Functional Capacity Assessments, Equipment Prescription, Ongoing Therapy, Home Modifications, and Assistive Technology assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure integrated and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client information, adhering to best practice standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • Support the client intake process, ensuring efficient booking and billing procedures.
