About the Role
- Clinical oncology/haematology pharmacy services
- Verify chemotherapy & support safe SACT delivery
- Attend MDTs, rounds & patient counselling
- Join 1x senior oncology pharmacist and be supported by 4x other pharmacists with oncology training
- Contribute to quality improvement & service development
About You
- Desire to learn & grow in oncology
- AHPRA registration
- Oncology/haematology hospital experience (any level)
- Knowledge of chemotherapy protocols & hospital EMR systems
- Experience with iPharmacy highly regarded
