About the Role:

– Caseload: Work with NDIS adults, home care packages, and psychosocial and physical disabilities. Your role will include a mix of community visits across Melbourne and office days in North Caulfield.

– Work Schedule: 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Spend one day in the office for admin tasks, team meetings, and professional development, with three days on the road and one day working from home.

– Team Culture: Join an amazing team with a strong focus on culture. Every Thursday, we gather for a team day, where everyone brings in food from their backgrounds, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.

What We Offer:

Salary: Up to $110,000 + super depending upon experience. Including bonuses for exceeding KPI’s

Travel Allowance: $400 per month

KPI Rewards: Earn rewards for exceeding 70% KPIs, with a manageable workload of around 3 hours of client-facing time per day.
