What We Offer

The Role
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, rehab, or oncology
- Participate in ward rounds, medication reviews, and discharge counselling
- Oncology/chemotherapy experience highly regarded
- Supportive public hospital teams with scope to step into senior roles
What You’ll Need
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 6 months of hospital pharmacy experience in Australia***
- Familiarity with iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar systems
