We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our innovative wellness centre near the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This full-time, permanent role is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team of allied health professionals, manage daily operations, and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the wellness centre, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage and support a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and development, including marketing and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in practice management within a healthcare setting, preferably in allied health
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and business development.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of health professionals.
  • Proficient in using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
