Psychologist – Luxury Mental Health & Addiction Retreat
Location: North Brisbane | Type: Full-Time & Part-Time | Salary: $130,000 p.a. plus super DOE

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (cmr) is representing a premier private retreat specialising in supporting individuals facing mental health, addiction, and eating disorder challenges. Your Role:

Working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and occasional group counselling sessions to support emotional, behavioural, and psychological wellbeing.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop personalised treatment plans and goals tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing psychological distress.
• Strive for excellence and show a genuine passion for helping clients recover from dependency, addiction, mental health conditions, and eating disorders.
• Engage actively in ongoing professional development to maintain and expand clinical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology and full registration with AHPRA.
• Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and professional indemnity/public liability insurance.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Skilled in therapy, assessment, case coordination, and recovery support.
• Experience in Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) or Mental Health sectors is highly desirable.
• Postgraduate qualifications or counselling/AOD experience are advantageous.
• Experience delivering residential, clinic, and in-patient services is a plus.
