Social Worker | Inpatient & Community
Location: Flinders and Upper North LHN Region, SA
Pay Rate : Up to $71 per hour + super
Start : ASAP for a 3-month contract

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Social Worker to support adult patients across inpatient and community settings. You’ll manage a diverse caseload and work alongside multidisciplinary teams in the Flinders and Upper North LHN Region, delivering meaningful care where it matters most.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
• Mix of inpatient acute and outpatient community care
• Regional travel included – vehicle provided

Skills & experience

• Degree in Social Work
• Current AASW membership or AASW eligible
• Acute hospital and community health experience
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to travel between sites
