Seeking: Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses –

About the Role:
Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our agency team in the picturesque Northern Rivers region. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in medical and surgical units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and conditions accurately.
• Administer medications, IVs, and prescribed treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, surgical procedures, and recovery.
• Adhere to healthcare policies, safety protocols, and best practices.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay rates:
  • RNs: Up to $2,230.40/week + penalties + super
  • ENs: Up to $1,603.25/week + penalties + super
• Free accommodation provided.

  • Breakfast: $28.75
  • Lunch: $32.80
  • Dinner: $56.60

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing (preferred).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
