The Role:

As a Registered Nurse – Night Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care aligned with national best practice standards. You will lead and mentor a team, oversee clinical care, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care
  • Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Carers

  • Drive quality improvement and maintain accreditation standards
  • Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and resident well-being
  • Support staff development through training and mentorship
  • Oversee safe medication administration and adherence to best practices
  • Contribute to risk management, workplace safety, and emergency procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Full Working Rights in Australia
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to providing holistic, person-centered care
  • Understanding of aged care regulatory requirements, accreditation, and quality improvement
