The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide person-centred care to residents while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll contribute to clinical decision-making, ensure accurate documentation, and play a key role in maintaining compliance with aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
  • Assess, coordinate, and monitor residents’ health and care plans
  • Collaborate with care staff, allied health professionals, and families
  • Lead your team on shift to ensure consistent, safe, and responsive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Uphold standards aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in aged care or geriatric nursing highly regarded
  • Confident leading a team and managing clinical care independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of AN-ACC, infection control, SIRS, and aged care compliance standards
  • NDIS Clearance and valid working rights in Australia
