Registered Nurse – Aged Care – Rockhampton

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our residential aged care facility in Rockhampton. This full-time position provides a unique opportunity to significantly impact the lives of our elderly residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with residents and their families
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and medical instructions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care
• Monitor and report on residents’ health and well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• A passion for aged care and a commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in both a team and independently
• Must have full Australian working rights
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
