Are you an experienced Residential Service Manager with a strong background in business operations and clinical governance? We are seeking a capable and driven leader with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing residential aged care facilities, who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a thriving Melbourne-based service.

This is a full-time leadership opportunity overseeing a well-established, 100-resident aged care facility located in the heart of Melbourne Metro CBD. You will take full responsibility for clinical outcomes, business performance, compliance, staffing, and resident satisfaction. You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team and strong systems to help you deliver quality care and operational excellence.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Residential Service Manager in aged care (essential)

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)

• Proven ability to lead both clinical governance and business operations

• Sound knowledge of aged care standards, quality systems, and accreditation processes

• Excellent leadership, financial management, and communication skills

• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive team culture
