In April 2019, Cornerstone was announced as a Finalist in the Recruitment International Specialist Recruitment Company of the Year Award 2019.
The Recruitment International awards celebrate the best of Australia’s recruitment industry.
This award recognises excellence by a recruitment company operating in a niche market that sources and supplies unique candidates.
We are honoured to be recognised for our quality recruitment processes, unique access to medical professionals across Australia and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are proud to represent Queensland’s health service, Queensland Health, having been awarded preferred supplier status in 2018. The preferred supplier status means that any Nursing or Midwifery position available at any Queensland Health service in any location can be filled by Cornerstone Medical Recruitment Consultants.
Cornerstone has been invited to be the exclusive recruitment partner with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) Queensland.
AMA represents more than 6,000 registered doctors and 900 medical student members throughout Queensland. They offer lobbying, career advice, business support as well as lifestyle benefits, products and services.
To kick off the partnership, CEO Samantha Miklos presented at the AMA Private Practice Regional Seminars delivered across 13 regional centres in Queensland. Samantha said she was “excited to help regional Practice Managers to recruit well, as it’s the ultimate PR opportunity”.

We’re excited to announce we will be exhibiting at the Australian Physiotherapy Conference in Adelaide 17-19 October 2019.
This is Cornerstone’s first time to participate in the event, held every two years in different locations across Australia.
Cornerstone’s Allied Health Division has grown exponentially in the last 12 months, to keep pace with the demand to place clinicians, particularly Physiotherapists in locations across Australia.
The Allied Health team see this year’s theme “transform” as an opportunity to speak to Physiotherapists across the country about the many ways to transform their career through locum, fixed contract or permanent opportunities.

In November 2018 the entire Cornerstone team was treated to a day at the Brisbane Races on Melbourne Cup Day.
With such a hard-working team, CEO Samantha feels
The day kicked off with sweeps in the office and a light lunch and a glass of bubbly. The team were then whisked away to Eagle Farm, the home of Brisbane racing, to take in the atmosphere and enjoy some time together.
This is just one of a suite of fun company events that Samantha and Norbert organise for their staff throughout the year, along with other benefits and incentives staff receive such as performance days once a month.

In December 2018 the Cornerstone team volunteered their time at Wesley Mission Queensland to pack Christmas hampers for those less fortunate in the community.
Wesley Mission Queensland has been caring for the community for more than 100 years. Since their beginnings in 1907 in Brisbane, they have been living their mission by supporting people on the margins of society.
Wesley Mission Queensland also provides a wide range of community services such as Aged Care, Child Care, Disability, NDIS, Mental Health Services and much more.
Cornerstone CEO Samantha Miklos said “We were touched by the difference we could make by donating one day of our time to raise spirits at Christmas”.

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Share the Dignity.
Share the Dignity is an Australian Charity bringing dignity to homeless, at-risk and those experiencing domestic violence through the distribution of sanitary items.
Cornerstone candidates can now support women in rural and remote communities by delivering personal hygiene products across Australia.
This partnership gives us the opportunity to support women across Australia in need that may not otherwise have access to these goods through disadvantage.
We are currently working with our Nurses and Midwives to distribute packs and look forward to rolling it out to other professions soon.
Call our team to find out how you can get involved.
