We’re big believers in rewarding loyalty, which is why we’ve created a referral bonus program to say thanks when you send a new candidate our way.

The ‘Referral Program’ applies to all temporary, fixed term, permanent and agency nursing placements.

Referral Incentives:

$200 for Agency Nursing Day to Day roles –
$500 for all Nursing Temporary/Fixed Term roles (except RANs) –
$1000 for all Nursing RAN Temporary/Fixed Term roles –
$1000 for all Doctor Temporary/Fixed Term roles –
$1000 for selected Allied Health (Sonographer, Dentist, Clinical Psychologist, Allied Health Manager) Temporary/Fixed Term roles –
$300 for all other Allied Health Temporary/Fixed Term roles –
$1000 for all healthcare Permanant roles –

Eligibility criteria:

The referred candidate must successfully complete the required period of placement for the referrer to be eligible for payment Referral incentive is payable on the first engagement period worked by the referred candidate, not subsequent placements (including permanent placement). –
Referrers who recommend a candidate placed into a Temporary/Fixed Term appointment are eligible for payment once the referred candidate has completed 12 weeks (60 days) of placement with cmr over a 12 month period, or, for Agency Nursing, successfully complete 100 hours’ of work with cmr in three (3) months. –
Referrers who recommend a candidate placed into a Permanent appointment are eligible for payment once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period. –
The referrer must be an active candidate of cmr. –
If two referrers recommend the same candidate, the referral fee is paid to the first referrer. –
To be eligible, the referred candidate must be new to cmr, or must not have worked for cmr for at least 12 months before being referred. –
All referral rewards are at the discretion of cmr. –
cmr reserves the right to alter, extend or end this promotion at any time. –
Tax and super legislative requirements apply. –
Where the referrer is not an active cmr employee, the referral fee will be paid in the form of a gift card. –
Where the referrer is an active PAYG cmr employee, the referral fee will be paid via the payroll system and is inclusive of PAYG tax and superannuation. –
Where the referrer is an active contractor of cmr and paid as an ABN holder, the referral fee will be paid in the form of a gift card. –
Payment will be made within 14 days of all conditions being met. –
You and your referral may be notified of the status of the referral and any eligible bonus payments through email or other preferred communication channels. –
