This is a permanent role with an immediate start available, and we are looking for someone who is ready to make a difference in the lives of the elderly community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with best practices and established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Implement and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control measures.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including a rotating roster
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high ethical standard.
• Additional certifications or training relevant to the role are an advantag
