An exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit aged care facility on North Stradbroke Island, QLD. Immerse yourself in the scenery of this tropical paradise while contributing to the well-being of residents in a 14-bed facility.

Role Highlights:

• Location: North Stradbroke Island, QLD.
• Contract: Permanent.
• Hours: Rotating roster (minimum 36 hours per week)
• Responsibilities: Perform medication rounds, wound care, care plans, and general RN duties for patients with varying risk levels.

Perks:

• Salary: Up to $50 per hour (Experience-dependent).
• Hours: Flexible, with a commitment of 36+ hours per week.
• Transport: Provided passenger ferry to and from the island, with pick-up/drop-off at the ferry terminal.
• Convenience: The facility is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal upon arrival on the island.
• Accommodation: Temporary Accommodation can be provided on the island if you prefer not to catch the ferry from Brisbane!

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current AHPRA RN registration.
• Previous experience in aged care is advantageous.
• Graduates are encouraged to apply.
