We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team.

Position Details:

• Role: Registered Nurse
• Start Date: Flexible
• Location: Victoria Point – Brisbane, QLD
• Salary: Up to $45 per hour + super
• Additional Benefits: Salary Sacrifice
• Roster: Set roster with predominantly AM & PM shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medication rounds and ensure accurate administration of prescribed medications
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and facility policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for residents

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in supervising and mentoring other healthcare staff is desirable
