As a Remote Child Health Nurse, you will provide essential healthcare services to children and families from the comfort of your own home. You will conduct assessments, offer guidance, and deliver expert advice to parents on various aspects of child health and development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote health assessments for infants, toddlers, and children.
• Provide guidance on infant feeding, growth and development milestones, immunizations, and general child health topics.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create individualized care plans.
• Offer support and education on parenting skills and child safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
