Salary: $46 – $49 per hour + super + penalties (DOE)

The Role:
Join the team as a Permanent Full-Time Clinical Nurse in a 85-bed facility located in Laidley, Queensland. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents’ health, developing personalized care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal resident care. Additionally, you will provide support to residents and their families, prioritizing their well-being and quality of life.

Relocation Package:
We offer a comprehensive relocation package, including subsidised accommodation and up to $5000 in relocation assistance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably in aged care
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and person-centred care
