About the Role: As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing residents’ health, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and closely monitoring vital signs. Collaboration with healthcare teams, offering support to residents and their families, and ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents will be central to your role.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse or similar role
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, and implement care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
