We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Clinical Nurse with a background in case management to join our community healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health issues, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create and manage individualized treatment plans. You will also coordinate care, conduct assessments, and offer therapeutic interventions to improve the overall well-being and quality of life for your clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
* Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse AHPRA with no restrictions
* Experience: Proven background in mental health nursing, particularly in acute crisis settings.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with patients and team members effectively.
* Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a car, as it’s essential for this contract role.
