Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent

Salary: Up to $44 per hour + super + penalties + salary packaging (DOE)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join an aged care facility at Banora Point, Tweed Heads NSW. The facility is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents, and we are looking for a passionate RN to contribute to the team.

The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring residents’ health, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the well-being of our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for aged care.

Key Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience working in aged care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
