Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent
Relocation/Retention Package: Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance/retention bonus. $5,000 paid upfront – $20,000 in installments after 12 months. Unbelievable Relocation Package! (Only available for RNs relocating from other areas of Australia – must have full working rights)
Location: Bargara, Bundaberg
Start Date: Flexible
Salary: $43 – $50 per hour (DOE) + super + penalties
The Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at a resort-style aged care facility in Bundaberg, you’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you’ll enjoy the lifestyle of Bundaberg, known for its oceanfront dining and local attractions. This permanent position offers minimum 9 shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster, ensuring continuity of patient care and flexibility for your work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and relevant regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA.
- Previous experience in aged care preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
