Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent

Salary: $43 – $50 per hour + super + penalties (DOE)

The Role:
Join our team as a Permanent Registered Nurse at a160-bed resort-style aged care facility in Bundaberg. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents. This role offers a flexible start date and a rotating roster, with 9 shifts guaranteed per fortnight for continuity of patient care.

Key Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in aged care preferred but not essential
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
