The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team on a permanent basis. As an integral member of the team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, wound care, and other nursing duties.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and comfort of residents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in aged care nursing.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in Aged Care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
