A boutique, privately billing practice in Black Rock is seeking a VR GP to join its warm, community-focused team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-quality, low-pressure clinical environment that values depth of care, continuity, and meaningful patient relationships.

The patient demographic is high-socioeconomic, motivated, and appreciative of thorough, quality general practice. Mental health, women’s and children’s health, and complex presentations are a significant component of daily work.

Plus- you must be comfortable sharing your workplace with two very friendly clinic dogs, who are regular contributors to the supportive atmosphere.

Role Details

• Position: VR General Practitioner
• Location: Black Rock, VIC
• Billing: Private billing clinic
• Hours: Ideally 3 days/week; 2 days/week considered (e.g. Monday + midweek or Saturday)
• Consult Lengths: Standard 20-40 minutes
• Software: Best Practice & HotDoc

What We’re Looking For

• FRACGP or equivalent with unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Experience with private or mixed billing preferred
• Comfortable with slower-paced, comprehensive consults
• Interest or experience in women’s health, children’s health, and/or mental health highly valued

The clinic provides a gentle and supportive onboarding process. While existing demand is strong, new GPs can expect a gradual build-up of their patient base.
