An exciting opportunity is available for an exercise-focused Chiropractor to join a well-established private practice in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, conveniently located next to the train station for easy commuting. This clinic attracts an active, fitness-driven client base and offers strong earning potential within a supportive, high-performing environment with genuine room for growth.

About the Role

You will manage a private caseload with a strong focus on sports and active lifestyle clients. The role places a clear emphasis on exercise therapy, rehabilitation-based care, and hands-on manual therapy techniques. With minimal DVA, Workers Compensation, or EPC work, you can focus on high-quality, performance-driven care with motivated clients. You’ll step into an established caseload supported by consistent referrals and organic clinic growth.

Clinic Hours

• Monday to Friday, clinic open 7:00am – 7:00pm
• Typical shifts: 7:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 7:00pm
• 2 x longer shifts per week (7:00am – 7:00pm) with generous breaks
• 30 minute appoitnment times

Team & Clinic

• Work alongside 5 physiotherapists, 2 massage therapists, 5 chiropractors, and a highly supportive administrative team
• Young, vibrant, and collaborative multidisciplinary environment
• Part of a group with 3 clinics across Brisbane
• No rotation required – you’ll be based solely at the Bowen Hills location
• Clear KPIs and role expectations to support performance and development

Remuneration & Benefits

• Strong earning potential (up to $150k OTE) with high patient demand
• 45% commission on billables above retainer
• Opportunity to earn commission as early as 4 weeks
