• Mixed billing clinic – continuing beyond November
• 72% of billings or $200 + GST/hour guarantee for the first 6 months
• High patient volume – strong foot traffic and demand
• No weekends or after-hours required
• Flexible days and hours
• 15-minute appointments – 4 patients per hour
• Pathology onsite
• Covered onsite parking available
