Role overview

This permanent Speech Pathologist role is well suited to an intermediate clinician ready to consolidate skills and take greater ownership of their caseload. You’ll work primarily in-clinic, with one day per week in community outreach, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across complex communication and feeding presentations.

About you

You’re a confident Speech Pathologist with a solid clinical foundation who enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. You bring strong clinical reasoning, value collaboration, and are motivated to continue refining your expertise while delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

What we’re looking for

• Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
• Experience managing a paediatric caseload
• Exposure to complex communication and feeding
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working autonomously within a supportive team
