Position: Psychologist
Salary: Up to $140,000pa + Super DOE

Are you a dedicated psychologist with a passion for helping individuals with disabilities?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our clients team and provide expert consultation, intervention, and support to clients with complex needs, enabling them to participate fully in life.
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans.
- Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and behaviour support.
- Create NDIS behaviour support plans with evidence-based, proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with disability services supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
- Assist clients in achieving their vocational goals and plans.
- Conduct supported living assessments and collaborate on outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, and review client progress.
- Perform psychometric, behavioural, and functional assessments.
- Complete reports and achieve goals within NDIS plans.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Completion of Positive Approach to Behaviour Support Core Standard (within the past 5 years or willing to obtain).
- Relevant degree in Psychology with full AHPRA registration.
- Experience or knowledge of the Restricted Practice Authorisation (RPA) process.
- NDIS registered Behaviour Therapist or ability to obtain.
- Understanding of legislation, policies, and procedures affecting disability services.
- Working with Children Check and Criminal History Check.
- Current membership with the Psychology Board of Australia (highly recommended).
Experience:
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- 1+ years of experience in delivering positive behaviour support.
- Commitment to Continuing Professional Development.
- Previous NDIS-related experience.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide services based on client’s NDIS goals and funding.
- Capacity to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Efficient and effective caseload management.
